Order and Delivery

Packages are dispatched on Tuesdays (all orders received from Monday to Sunday will be shipped on the following Tuesday).

Parcels are dispatched from Croatia via GLS with tracking and drop-off with signature. Please ensure you are at home at time of delivery or somebody is available to pick up package. For shipment we use boxes with insulation or bubble wrap according to weather conditions.

Can be delivered ONLY to the EU countries at the moment.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.

Dostava za Hrvatsku  iznosi 5.00 €, narudžbu možete izvršiti putem narudžbenice.

Flat rate shipping cost is 17.90 € for all parcels to the following countries: 

Slovenia , Hungary  (1-2 days)

Slovakia , Austria , Czech Republic , Poland , Germany  (3-4 days)

Belgium , Netherlands , Luxembourg  (4-5 days).

For all EU countries that are not listed above, please contact us before placing an order.

Your order will be shipped to your PayPal address, so make sure it's correct (if not, please contact us after placing an order).

We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

DOA or dead on arrival may occur time to time. We will refund dead plant given photographic proof. We are not responsible for any loss after delivery to your place.

Please keep your local weather in mind.
Less than 5°C (41°F) and more than 30°C (86°F) can damage the plants (even when insulation packaging is used).
