Order and Delivery

Parcels are dispatched from Croatia with tracking and require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available at home to receive the package. For shipping, we use insulated boxes or bubble wrap depending on weather conditions.

Shipping fees include handling, packing, and postage costs.

Flat rate shipping cost is €17.90 for all parcels to the following countries: 

Slovenia , Hungary  (1-2 days)

Slovakia , Austria , Czech Republic , Poland , Germany  (3-4 days)

Belgium , Netherlands , Luxembourg  (4-5 days).

For all countries that are not listed above, please contact us before placing an order.

International shipping is available again! This only applies to plants marked "This item can be shipped internationally." If you purchase other plants for international shipping, they will be shipped strictly at your own risk.

Your order will be shipped to your PayPal address. Please ensure it is correct before purchasing. If it is incorrect, contact us immediately after placing your order.

We strongly advise you to group your items into a single order. We cannot combine two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

DOA (Dead on Arrival) may occur from time to time. We will refund any dead plant given photographic proof. However, we are not responsible for any loss after delivery to your address.

Please keep your local weather in mind when ordering.

Temperatures below 5°C (41°F) or above 30°C (86°F) can damage the plants, even with our insulated packaging.
