Fissidens Nobilis is a true aquatic and has recently gained popularity due to its small sized leaves and ease of maintenance. It clings naturally to the attached medium (wood, stone, etc) and frequent retying is not required. It is naturally slow growing and can be tied to driftwood to create a naturally looking mossy driftwood. Fissidens Nobilis is not demanding and does not require much light or nutrients to grow well. Once settled and attached, it is almost maintenance free.
