Rotala sp. 'Sunset' is also known as Ammannia sp. 'Sulawesi'. Rotala sp. 'Sunset' is a great midground plant that has great color and grows vertical.
This plant is a difficult to grow for many in the hobby, but will also grow low tech.
That doesn’t make a lot of sense but is actually how some plants are.
They just do not like to be pushed in a high tech environment unless all their needs are met.
Rotala sp. 'Sunset' is difficult to classify as hard or easy, if you have trouble with the plant then try it in different parts of the aquarium or in low tech as well as high tech.
